Shipping

Orders are currently available for delivery within Canada. Standard physical-item shipping is $19.95 CAD. Orders containing both Printful products and limited inventory shipped from Calgary have a $29.95 CAD split-shipment rate. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $150 CAD, and digital-only orders have no shipping charge.

Made-to-order apparel is produced and shipped by Printful. Limited items may ship separately from Calgary, so one order can arrive in more than one package. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by production time, carriers, weather or address issues.

Returns and full refunds

If you are not happy with a physical item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and, once the return is approved, issue a full refund to the original payment method. Items should be returned unworn and in their original condition when possible. Damaged, defective or incorrect items will be made right at no additional cost.

Refund processing times depend on Stripe and your bank. Original and return shipping costs are handled case by case, and do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Digital music

Digital purchases are delivered electronically and normally cannot be returned after the download or access link has been used. If a file does not work, was purchased twice, or is materially different from its description, contact us and we will replace it or provide a full refund.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. A full refund is available before production or shipping begins. If fulfillment has already started, we will use the return process above.
