Behind the mask.

Travis Omen is a Calgary-based emcee known for his work with Project Trybe and live hip-hop band Midwest Mindset. With more than a decade in the game, his catalogue spans seven albums, countless performances, rap battles and a reputation built on real stage presence and sharp lyricism.

Following the release of his concept project Dreams Come Tru / Nightmares 2 and a successful $6,000 crowdfunding campaign, Travis continued building his sound and visual world through Truability. His current project, 89 Octane, blends 1980s-inspired production with authentic hip-hop.

In 2024, he won the first official songwriting contest held by D12's Kuniva and Swifty McVay, earning a collaboration on their record It Is What It Aint.
